Zonal Marking (work in english)

Zonal marking

The marking area allows a team to gain greater control of the defensive game. Inmarking the area there is a very important advantage is that numerical advantage in the area where the ball as for example in the midfield, the defense (the defensive) orattack (offensive part)

There are several references to use a zonal marking:

- Team mates with either ball or without ball.
- A ball.
- Opponents.
- The own goal and the opponent.
- The positioning of the team.

Areas where the team can press

- Pressing Lower Zone - means that one team must defend themselves near ourgoal ie, leaving the opponent has control of the game soon
our team in terms offensive to adopt a system against attack.

- Pressing Media Zone - means that a team should let your opponent throws out ie avoiding it exceeds the midfield with the ball in his possession.
The area of the game is broken so there is some space after the team recoveringthe ball.

- High-Pressing Zone - means that one team must defend the closest to theopponent's goal ie preventing the opponent and his team can build your game.
But there is a contradiction because in this case can happen Pressing high that our team is a target of counter-attacks by the enemy due to much existing space / free in the back left of the defense.
